For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Rüti ZH area, we are looking for a reliable, accurate and technically savvy personality as a Polymechanic CNC Milling. In this function, you work in mechanical manufacturing and undertake demanding milling work on modern CNC machines. You manufacture individual parts, small series or technical components according to drawings and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy and clean processes are guaranteed at all times. 02 Your Task ## • Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC milling machines • Manufacture of individual parts, small series and mechanical components according to drawings • Carrying out dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections • Reading and implementing technical drawings, manufacturing documents and inspection plans • Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures • Optimizing processing sequences in cooperation with team leadership, AVOR or quality assurance • Supporting prototypes, special parts and technical adjustments • Maintenance and care of the machines as well as ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace • Compliance with quality, safety and production specifications 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Modern workplace • Regular team-building measures and company events • Responsible activities 04 Your Profile ## • Completed training as a Polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable technical training • Experience in CNC milling or in mechanical manufacturing • Confident reading of technical drawings and good understanding of tolerances • Experience with controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable systems is an advantage • Quality-conscious, accurate and independent way of working • Technical understanding and enjoyment of precise manufacturing • Willingness to take responsibility for quality and clean workflows • Team player, reliable and resilient personality • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Willingness for day operation or shift operation, depending on the area of application 05 Worth Knowing ## This position is suitable for a specialist who likes to work precisely and safely implements technical drawings into high-quality components.
