Production Quality Agent M/FVal-de-TraversWatchmaking / Microtechnics sector Job description ### • Be the guarantor of quality assurance in production while respecting deadlines and safety instructions • Analyze and manage non-conformities in the sector • Define and make available control standards in collaboration with support functions • Drive projects related to quality • Implement and support the self-control process • Manage and monitor quality indicators • Ensure that metrological tooling needs are covered • Lead and coach problem-solving sessions • Identify and drive improvement opportunities • Create control ranges according to generic ranges Profile ### • ES Technician training in microtechnics or a title deemed equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality field • Experience in the watchmaking sector, an asset • Good knowledge of trades related to the manufacture of watch components • TQ1 training, an asset • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, an asset • Mastery of problem-solving tools • Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Interpersonal skills and good communication • Team spirit, dynamism and flexibility Production Quality Agent ?
