Qualifications and skills ## • Completed training as an electrician, automation technician, or electromechanical technician with in-depth knowledge in electrical engineering • Fluent command of German, good knowledge of English as well as good mastery of MS Office • Developed analytical spirit as well as a structured and methodical approach to new challenges and small projects • Availability for approximately 2 weeks of travel per year, availability for on-call service and valid driver's license About the position ## In this role, you ensure that our production installations operate reliably, safely, and efficiently. On one hand, your priority is preventive maintenance. You perform inspections, maintenance, and improvements, prepare maintenance work, and document it carefully in maintenance plans and installation documents. You ensure that our standards are applied rigorously. On the other hand, you take charge of reactive maintenance in case of unforeseen shutdowns. You systematically analyze faults, resolve them durably, and guarantee a restoration in accordance with technical and safety standards. Furthermore, you participate in the continuous improvement of installations and processes, coordinate external service providers, and contribute your technical expertise to projects such as installation optimization, new purchases, or site development. Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality instructions is a matter of course for you. You also support other departments, think cross-functionally, and are ready to provide on-call service if necessary.
