With a team of skilled construction professionals (Architects FH and Site Managers HFP) with many years of experience, we guarantee optimal advice and support at all times. We are looking for a dedicated Architect FH (80-100%) to strengthen our team for Autumn/2026 or by arrangement. Responsibilities Planning and coordination of construction projects (preliminary design up to and including final construction accounting) Monitoring of construction execution and quality assurance Communication with clients, authorities, and tradespeople Preparation of cost calculations and budget control Qualifications Training as an Architect FH or comparable qualifications Experience in site management, ideally in the field of conversion and refurbishment Native German speaker Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to take on responsibility Driver's license Cat.
