ITI SAED ECM Engineer The Service Solutions d'infrastructures transverses (SIT), within the Direction des Services infrastructure (DSI), is looking for a senior IT engineer to strengthen the team of the Secteur Système d'archivage électronique et dématérialisation (SAED). The management of electronic documents is at the heart of our activity and more specifically the intermediate archiving of electronic documents. This position will consist of administering and evolving applications, staying in phase with existing governance and processes to meet client needs and to improve the functioning of the administration in terms of digital technology. Your profile Prerequisites * HES Bachelor's in computer science ideally supplemented by continuing education at DAS level useful for the function * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function * In case of engagement, it is necessary to provide an extract from the debt enforcement register and the criminal record, as well as proof of equivalence for foreign diplomas. Job constraints * On-call duties may be requested by management. Domain of experience * Administer the electronic document archiving system in place (+5 years); * Know electronic document management (metadata, standards, life cycle) (+3 years); * Master traceability in the documentary field (+3 years); * Apply principles of industrialization and automation (+3 years); * Carry out documentation and knowledge transfer (+3 years); * Master the training of business collaborators (+3 years); * Guarantee the quality of OCSIN infrastructures through the configuration of objects (+1 year); * Resolve complex problems and incidents (+3 years); * Master ITIL practices, the Hermès method and know the LIPAD & LArch laws (+1 year). Business skills * Experience with the SAED Datacontent solution deployed on several Datacenters for more than 10,000 users (+3 years); * Significant experience with Casandra, Spark, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWX would be a plus; * Linux server skills (+3 years); * Tomcat application server skills (+3 years); * Skills in the Java field (debugging, JVM configuration, ...) (+3 years); * Skills in deployments with Ansible would be a plus; * Significant experience in the management of permissions and authentication/identity federation mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID connect) would be a plus.
