On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Electrical Installations Project Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling, with your superior, the construction sites, activities and objectives of the branch. You will be in charge of studying, calculating and negotiating offer files and tenders. You will follow the technical evolution and novelties in the fields of activity and make the adequate proposals. You will ensure the training, direction, motivation and control of employees and apprentices. You will participate in the development of the branch according to the policy defined by the management. In close contact with your clients, architects and project owners, you will be the reference interlocutor to identify their needs and respond to them with modern and innovative solutions. Your profile: You are a leader with a CFC as an electrical installer, ideally completed by a federal certificate of electrical safety advisor or project manager electrician. Autonomous and endowed with natural leadership, you are motivated by efficiency and the creation of value. Your skills in project management and in people management allow you to be particularly comfortable in the functions of planning, communication, management and development of your teams.
