For the Nature & Landscape area at the Gelterkinden location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Gardener EFZ with a social mission 60 - 100 % ## Your tasks • Planning and execution of garden maintenance and alterations in private gardens • Technical-operational management of the neophyte project • Planning and execution of work in nature conservation • Advising clients, creating offers, and recording orders • Overview and coordination of ongoing orders, work scheduling • Guiding groups of 4 - 6 participants and providing their qualifying support You are a Gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction, with social sensitivity You have • Interest in nature conservation and ecological improvements in built-up areas • Understanding for people in a demanding phase of life • preferably further training as an Arbeitsagoge and/or agogic experience • Willingness to train apprentices for the profession of Gardener EBA • Car driver's license with driving experience and trailer license You can • organize, plan, and process work orders very well independently • promote people in their expansion of competence and independence • perceive the individual needs of the participants • work with common Office programs We offer • a young and cheerful team • good social employment conditions • a workplace where you can carry out an interesting and varied task with personal responsibility • 40 hour work week You can get an insight into our area and the work on our homepage: Natur & Landschaft.
