specialized nurse (ICLS) between 80–100 % OUR GERIATRICS TEAM IS LOOKING FOR MAIN MISSIONS Practice advanced nursing clinical practice with hospitalized elderly patients Perform geriatric assessments in emergency departments and care units to determine the optimal orientation Develop proposals for individualized and evidence-based care plans to meet the complex needs of patients Provide clinical support to nurses and other healthcare professionals and promote interprofessional collaboration Promote the development of self-care capacities of hospitalized elderly patients Train interdisciplinary teams in geriatric syndromes Manage clinical projects for the geriatrics department Monitor quality indicators for the steering of care performance Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in geriatrics (2 years) Hold a master's degree in Nursing Sciences Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit Interpersonal and communication skills allowing effective interaction with elderly patients, their families, doctors, and care teams Ability to adapt in all circumstances with a positive attitude by example Innovative spirit and proactive approach Excellent mastery of usual IT tools WE OFFER A varied activity A salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) Excellent social benefits Place of activity: Yverdon – Saint-Loup START DATE: IMMEDIATELY OR AS AGREED Additional information can be obtained from Mme Habiba Bechnoune, deputy director of care, T.
