Mandated by our client, in the public sector in Genève, we are looking for an Administrative Manager and business support for a 6-month temporary mission, available immediately for a 100% position. Administrative Manager and business support 100% temporary Missions: The hired person's main mission will be to ensure business support activities (telephone and emails) around a new IT tool. They may also have tasks related to administrative management and data control. Concretely, they will be required to: \- process, control and monitor data and announcements from different services; \- analyze and process cases of error or inconsistencies in the data; respond to user requests and provide first-level support; \- accompany users with their questions related to data, the use of the new tool and processes; \- participate in the verification of data quality; \- document the cases handled and ensure their follow-up (ticketing); \- participate in functional tests of the new tool in collaboration with the IT teams; \- identify recurring problems and propose improvements to processes or tools; \- contribute more broadly to the operational management and the proper functioning of the applications. Profile sought: \- A few professional years in an administrative function or file management in customer support. \- Experience in social insurance is a great advantage. \- Proficiency with IT tools as well as an analytical mind and understanding errors or inconsistencies. \- Strong ability to adapt and strong service orientation. \- German: C1 minimum \- Italian: B2 minimum \- French: C1
