Clerk Natural Stone (m/f)

Your main tasks: • Independent coordination of import and export processes in the natural stone sector • Direct communication with producers abroad incl. orders, scheduling, and quality issues • Organization of the entire forwarding including transport, customs clearance, and schedule monitoring • Creation of offers, price calculations, and sales documents • Customer care as well as follow-up of offers and inquiries • Maintenance of master data and documents as well as other commercial all-round tasks • Cooperation with logistics partners and internal interfaces Your profile: • Commercial basic training or sound experience in a similar commercial function • Experience in import/export, in logistics or international order processing • Strong communication skills in dealing with international producers and customers • Structured, reliable and independent way of working • Very good German and good English skills • Confident handling of MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage We offer: • A varied and responsible all-round function • The opportunity to independently control international processes • A professional environment and long-term perspectives • Market-oriented and fair employment conditions We look forward to your application documents.
