For our renowned customer from the Lenzburg AG region, an established and leading company, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Workshop Manager Automotive Industry (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Lenzburg Industry: General services Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your activities • Leadership: You actively lead, motivate, and promote the entire workshop team as well as the apprentices. • Coordination: You plan workshop orders efficiently and allocate work optimally. • Quality: You ensure the professional, timely execution of all repair and service work. • Technology: In the case of complex diagnoses and demanding mechanical cases, you actively roll up your sleeves yourself. • Interface: You work closely with customer service and support technical consulting. • Safety: You ensure order, cleanliness, and strict compliance with occupational safety in the operation. Your profile • Experience: Several years of verifiable professional experience as a workshop manager in a Swiss car garage is mandatory. • Training: Completed apprenticeship as an Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ with further training as an Automobil-Werkstattleiter (with eidg. Fachausweis). • Competence: Strong diagnostic skills and sound knowledge of modern vehicle technologies (incl. e-mobility). • Personality: You are an experienced leader, strong in communication, resilient, and maintain an overview even in hectic times. • Driving license: Valid driving license of category B.
