Operative Buyer 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks: • Operative procurement of materials as well as processing and monitoring of orders • Planning and scheduling of the required materials to ensure uninterrupted production • Ongoing coordination with suppliers as well as monitoring of delivery dates and material availability • Identifying supply bottlenecks and initiating suitable measures to ensure supply • Control and maintenance of master data as well as evaluation of relevant key figures • Close cooperation with the departments of Production, Logistics, Sales, Product Management and Purchasing • Collaboration in the optimization of procurement processes as well as support in system tests and digitalization projects Requirements: • Completed technical or commercial basic training • Ideally further training in the field of Purchasing or Supply Chain Management • Professional experience in operative purchasing, scheduling or material planning of an industrial company • Very good ERP and MS Office skills • Understanding of purchasing, logistics and material flow processes • Analytical and structured way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility • Team player, communicative and independent personality • Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
