You help to further develop processes and continuously optimize care processes. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diploma). • Experience in psychiatric care: You know the dynamics of the acute setting and bring your professional competence safely into the team. • Whether protection, shielding or support in coping with life, you tackle every nightly challenge with heart, mind and calmness. • Even in the lively station routine, you keep an overview and react sensibly. • You treat people with empathy, respect and humor - even in challenging situations. <br /> Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- francs per year for a 100%-position.
