Your field of activity Competent support and advice for our customers via telephone and e-mail Creation of offers and processing of orders up to invoicing Coordination of delivery dates and close cooperation with the field service Maintenance and updating of customer data in our ERP\-system Support with administrative activities and internal projects Co-planning, guiding, and promoting apprentices during their training according to the educational plan.  Your profile Completed commercial basic training or comparable training Several years of professional experience in sales back office or customer advisor telephony Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation Structured, exact, solution-oriented, and independent way of working Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of an ERP\-system Proficient German and French skills in speaking and writing; Italian skills are an advantage.
