What you bring with you • Completed training as a Pizzaiolo or min. 2 years of experience in a similar position • Joy in cooking and in trying out something new • Structured and organized way of working • Cheerful, natural and confident appearance • German and English skills, further languages an advantage • Reliability and resilience • Motivation to further develop yourself and our business Your tasks • Independent management of the pizza station in the Restaurant Heid Stübli • Baking pizzas for the à la carte service (2 shifts of 120 persons) and take away • Working in an open pizza station with a stone oven • Dough production according to recipe and mise en place for the entire station • Assistance in the kitchen as well as mise en place for all outlets • Compliance with HACCP regulations • Contributing to menu design with the chef • Ordering for your own station with ideal inventory management What awaits you Work.
