Psychogeriatric Activity Coordinator (M/F) Job description Participate in the organization, implementation, and facilitation of activities adapted to residents (games, creative workshops, cognitive activities, outings, individual and collective animations) Promote social ties, cognitive stimulation, and the well-being of residents on a daily basis Accompany residents while respecting their abilities, their rhythm, and their desires Encourage participation, expression, and the maintenance of residents' autonomy through the proposed activities Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and personalized support Contribute to maintaining a friendly, benevolent, and dynamic atmosphere within the establishment Profile sought Training as a sociocultural animator, ASE, medico-psychological assistant, or training deemed equivalent is indispensable Experience in nursing homes (EMS), in geriatrics and/or in psychogeriatrics desired Strong interest in supporting and the well-being of elderly people Dynamism, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills Listening skills, empathy, and ability to adapt Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently Driver's license and vehicle, an asset We offer you from 4500SFr. to 5800SFr. per MONTH + Parking . jpid0189e64jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
