For our dynamic team Supply Chain Operations, we are looking for a qualified Sachbearbeiter*in Ordermanagement (80-100%) Tasks ## • High level of personal responsibility for customer order processing for our customers (order recording, customs documents and invoicing incl. organization of transports). • Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks. • First point of contact in day-to-day business for the assigned customers. • Support for other areas in Supply Chain Operations. • Ensuring backup for the areas Supply Chain Operations Switzerland and Export. Requirements ## • You have completed commercial or equivalent training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of order management. • You are a team player through and through. • Very good oral and written language skills in D/E. • Very good ICT skills (MS-Office and SAP R3). • Good export knowledge. • You are proactive, expedient, reliable, resilient and have a good ability to assert yourself. You also bring joy in contact with external and internal customers. • You like to work together in a team and appreciate proactive cooperation.
