Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests, including the RAI nursing needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits • Taking on day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a theme bearer in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Willingness for night shifts Your profile: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desirable • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of varied challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
