For our partner, a Swiss family business recognized for its expertise in watchmaking decoration and surface treatment in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a CNC Turning Operator-Setter Your responsibilities: Ensure the loading and launching of production on Okuma 2-3 axis CNC machines Program directly on the control, in ISO Perform basic equipment adjustments to guarantee part compliance, in respect of control instructions Ensure production monitoring and self-inspection of produced parts Correct programs directly on the control in case of drift or necessary adjustment Handle common troubleshooting interventions Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standards Your profile: Holder of a CFC in production mechanics or significant experience deemed equivalent Proven experience on Okuma machines and controls (2-3 axis CNC turning) Mastery of ISO programming on control Practice of series changeovers, including setting of fixtures and tooling Rigorous, reliable, autonomous profile, while enjoying team spirit About us At Safeguard Global Suisse, we support companies in their recruitment needs, for both temporary and permanent positions.
