Aarhus - a place to live, live and learn. We accompany people with physical and multiple disabilities on their way, support where strengths can be promoted and offer a hand where disabilities make everyday things more difficult. The Aarhus Foundation operates as a special people's school at the Gümligen site with four educational groups and 11 school classes, offering children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities an adapted school environment with a boarding school offer. For our children's and youth department, we are looking for Pflegefachperson (HF)/ Fachperson Gesundheit as a night watch (by the hour, 15-20%) Gümligen, from June or by agreement Become part of a dedicated team and help provide a context for the people living in Aarhus, where individual life, design and development are at the center. Actively design • Care, support and accompaniment of up to 16 children & young people • Independent takeover of the night watch with support from the Präsenzpikett if needed • 2-4 flexible deployments per month • Documentation of events during the night • Takeover and handover from/to the day team • Participation in team meetings and further training You bring • Training as a Pflegefachperson (HF) or Fachperson Gesundheit • Alternatively: Equivalent training such as DN II/ DN I • Experience as a night watch is an advantage • Team ability, resilience, sense of responsibility, creativity and humor • Flexibility and willingness to step in for work failures We offer • Exciting, lively and diverse field of work • Collaboration in a motivated and interdisciplinary team • Internal further and advanced training opportunities • Holidays during the school holidays of the city of Bern (except for relief offers) • Free weekends (except for the selected open weekends per year)
