Head of Office 80–100 % (job sharing possible) insieme Region Baden\-Wettingen is a self-help organization founded by affected parents for and with people with cognitive impairments. Today, the politically and confessionally neutral association is an important regional organization and offers people with cognitive impairments meaningful leisure activities and holidays. It also supports their relatives and advocates for their concerns in public and with authorities. We are looking for a Head of Office 80–100 % (job sharing possible) as of 1 October 2026 or by agreement. What you bring Professional competence: You have a commercial basic training; a business management further education is an advantage. You have experience in leading employees and knowledge in the NPO sector. You are proficient in the German language, have a good understanding of numbers, and are skilled in the application of common Office programs. You are responsible, resilient, creative, flexible, team-capable, and contact-friendly. These are your tasks As Head of the Office, you are the professional hub and point of contact for people with cognitive impairments and their relatives and reference persons, for leaders of leisure and holiday offers, for the leader of the insieme education club Aargau, for the insieme board, for insieme Switzerland and other organizations, for authorities, for the press and public authorities. Furthermore, you are responsible for accounting, fundraising, publications «insieme intern» and «Annual Report», minutes, and organizing holiday and leisure activities.
