AGS / Care Assistant with experience in psychiatry temporary

For a social institution in the canton of Schwyz, we are looking for a committed person as an Assistant for Health and Social Services (AGS) or care assistant for a limited period of at least 2 to 3 months (without night shifts). Profile of requirements ## • Completed training as an Assistant for Health and Social Services (AGS) or as a care assistant with at least one year of professional experience (experience in the field of psychiatry is an advantage) • Responsible, empathetic and resilient personality • Independent and reliable way of working • Good German language skills in word and writing are required Tasks ## • Accompaniment and support of people in need of support in everyday life • Assistance with nursing care and everyday support • Support in promoting independence and social participation • Participation in leisure and employment offers • Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team • Taking over simple administrative and organizational tasks General information ## Location: Kanton Schwyz Region: Schwyz Employment level: 80% to 100% Employment type: Temporary Entry: July for 2-3 months
