The position is reporting to the General Management and more specifically to the Clinical Directorates. The administration of the DSC-Clinical services management pole supports the Nursing Directorate, the Private Division, the Operations Directorate, as well as the Operating Blocks Directorate in its management activities. This pole includes approximately 900 employees for a volume of activity of nearly 200 million francs.

Job description ##

As part of your function, you assist the administrative and financial manager (RAF) and join their team by actively collaborating in the efficient management of the management pole and its directorates by providing your financial expertise.

You collaborate on the preparation of the budget and objectives of the management pole as well as its directorates within the fixed budgetary framework and verify their implementation. You participate in the development of steering tools and the monitoring of indicators and dashboards to verify their implementation. You identify, list, and evaluate the financial impact of the set objectives and the planned means / budget requests of the services in order to prepare them for the negotiations undertaken by the administrative and financial manager with the relevant directorates.

You participate in the operational management control of the directorates, reporting (financial and activity) and assist executives in their operational management. To this end, you analyze steering indicators, exploit them statistically, and highlight key points, analyze variances (budgets/forecasts/actuals) and propose corrections with the financial manager and their deputy. You participate in the analysis of management accounting results.

You also carry out economic and financial analyses as well as business plans in connection with business development.

Qualifications ##

You hold a university degree HEC or HES in economics or business management. Additional training in management control, a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent is an asset.

You possess knowledge of budgetary processes, management control, accounting, reporting, and dashboards.

You are comfortable using the usual IT tools for this function (MS-Office, Business Object, Qlickview or other data analysis software) and have good knowledge of an ERP such as Qualiac/CEGID).

You have significant experience in a hospital environment and/or in management control.

You are an organized and rigorous person, you are able to work independently and demonstrate adaptability. You know how to manage priorities and take the necessary initiatives.

Possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills, you have an ease in identifying financial issues and explaining significant variances. You propose solutions adapted to the challenges while respecting the current framework with pragmatism and quick-wittedness.

Flexible and having good interpersonal skills, you know how to develop constructive relationships with your interlocutors.

You have a sense of confidentiality.
