• 23 June 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Route du Vignoble 60, 1175 Lavigny Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults in situations of disability, with an intellectual deficiency or a physical issue, a specialized school and a department for workshops and vocational training. For the sector of socialising workshops "Eventail", located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a Social Professional Instructor (80% activity rate) Your main mission Co-manage a workshop that currently welcomes about ten people with ASD profiles and/or complex situations by offering them support in a small group or individualized setting. Your responsibilities • Accompany persons in situations of disability with autism and/or with challenging behaviors, in a group or individually • Collaborate with the network of the supported persons in order to offer the best possible care • Handle the administrative part, of both the support and the management of the workshop (reports, summaries, computerized file follow-up) • Would be an asset: disseminating training to the Institution's staff regarding autism. We request • Basic training with a degree as MSP or educator ES or HES • Preferably with a specialization in autism and/or in complex situations, as well as at least three years of experience in these fields • Knowledge of TEACCH, PECS tools or other approaches related to the supported persons • Teaching abilities in order to train staff on the subject of autism • Excellent mastery of usual computer programs • Good adaptability and versatility, a sense of responsibility and organization, as well as a creative and innovative spirit • An open mind, a capacity for questioning oneself, as well as skills for interdisciplinary work • Driving license (cat. B).
