For our customer in the Zürich region, we are looking for a Clerk Disposition and Order Processing 80-100% ### Your tasks ### Would you like to make the entry or the next step in the areas of disposition, logistics, or supply chain? In this exciting function, you will take on an important hub role and, together with the team, ensure a smooth flow of goods. • Support in the planning and coordination of goods deliveries • Organization and monitoring of deliveries to customers, sales outlets, and construction sites • Control and maintenance of stock levels as well as goods movements • Processing of inquiries regarding delivery dates and availability • Cooperation with internal departments, the field service, and external partners • Support with administrative tasks in the area of disposition and logistics • Assistance in the optimization of workflows and processes Your profile ### • Completed commercial or technical basic training • Initial professional experience in a commercial, administrative, or logistical function is an advantage • Interest in disposition, logistics, and organizational tasks • Good knowledge of MS Office applications • SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement • Structured, reliable, and team-oriented way of working • High service orientation as well as enjoyment of contact with various stakeholders • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • French skills for oral communication are an advantage • English skills are a plus Interested?
