Your tasks Leadership and coordination of a small formwork team on the construction site Active participation in all formwork work Creation of wall, ceiling and staircase formwork according to plan Concreting work as well as pre- and post-treatment of concrete surfaces Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and deadline specifications Organization of the daily work process in cooperation with the Polier or site manager Control of materials, tools and machines on the construction site Support with general masonry and construction work Your profile Completed training in the main construction trade or several years of experience as a formwork carpenter Experience with conventional formwork as well as system formwork (e.g. Doka, Peri) Initial experience in leading employees is an advantage Team-oriented, reliable and responsible personality Independent and solution-oriented way of working Physically fit and willing to actively contribute on the construction site Good German language skills
