For one of our clients, we are looking for a CNC Programmer (M/F) to strengthen their teams. CNC Programmer Technician and/or micromechanic training and/or a title deemed equivalent. Experience or additional training in advanced manufacturing processes. Solid knowledge of CNC machining. Mastery of CAM programming and PTC Creo. Knowledge of 3 and 5 axis machining centers. Experience with GibbsCAM is an asset. Good mastery of the Windows environment and the Office suite. Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization. Team spirit, good communication skills. Program new parts and continuously optimize CNC programs using CAM software. Commission and validate programs on 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centers. Analyze and optimize new manufacturing processes to ensure stable and high-performance operation. Participate in technical improvements and the industrialization of new products. Provide technical support to setters and operators. Guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. Document programs, machining strategies, and technical data. Manage technical data in Windchill in accordance with current standards. Ensure the monitoring and updates of post-processors.
