In order to strengthen its Quality \& Sustainability department, it is currently looking for an Occupational Health, Safety \& Hygiene Specialist Your tasks at your new employer You are in charge of the planning and implementation of occupational hygiene measures directly in the workshops and at the various workstations, particularly regarding dust, VOCs, noise, light, radiation and heavy metals You exploit the results obtained, identify potential risks and ensure the drafting as well as the evaluation of measurement reports You work in close collaboration with Occupational Health Management in order to define relevant prevention measures and to ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions You ensure the monitoring of gas probes and provide your expertise on issues related to chemicals, ventilation, storage, substitution and good practices You contribute to the risk assessment associated with industrial processes, substances used, installations and the various workstations You intervene in the monitoring of specific themes such as radiation protection, lasers, radiation, dust and volatile organic compounds You participate in the analysis of installation plans and projects from the angle of safety and risk control You design and lead awareness and training actions in order to develop the safety culture within the company You take part in the evolution of the integrated management system, notably through risk analyses, procedures, indicators, action plans and audits You ensure the management of measuring equipment, documentation and data, as well as the associated reporting You are regularly present on the field and collaborate with various internal and external interlocutors What you offer your new employer You hold an occupational hygienist diploma or equivalent training in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, for example as an OHS expert or specialist Ideally, you have higher technical or scientific training, particularly in chemistry, biology, process engineering or in a similar field You have more than 5 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety, acquired in an industrial environment and ideally within a company structured according to ISO standards You are capable of analyzing various occupational risks, prioritizing them and implementing suitable prevention measures, particularly in the face of chemical and physical risks You possess good knowledge in chemistry, toxicology, ventilation and occupational exposure, as well as in the interpretation of exposure limit values You are comfortable with measuring devices and have an interest in aspects related to metrology and measurement techniques Your analytical spirit allows you to interpret data, write precise reports and transform your findings into concrete recommendations You enjoy cross-functional environments and know how to collaborate with interlocutors with varied profiles, such as occupational medicine, production or external service providers You have a perfect command of French and ideally have knowledge of English and/or German You can also benefit from the following advantages A varied position within a demanding industrial environment, where safety, health and sustainability issues occupy a central place The possibility to work on diversified technical issues and to develop your expertise in the field of occupational hygiene A function with a strong presence in the field, in direct link with the teams and the various professions of the company A structured professional environment, offering the possibility to participate in continuous improvement projects and concrete risk prevention processes Have we awakened your interest?
