Location Bienne Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 40972 Published on 03/07/2026 For our renowned client in the Seeland / Berne / Solothurn region, operating in the food sector, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Production Manager - Cheese Dairy (m/f/d) The company is an independent family business in the food industry Job Description ### • Supervise and organize daily cheese production • Manage the various manufacturing stages • Control temperatures, manufacturing times, and quality parameters • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards • Supervise and train workshop employees • Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes • Work autonomously and rigorously Profile ### • CFC in cheesemaking or equivalent training • Proven experience in artisanal or industrial cheese manufacturing • Skills in team management and production organization • Category B driver's license and personal vehicle • Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility • Sense of service, autonomy, and reliability • You are autonomous, flexible, communicative, and enjoy teamwork Interested?
