HUUS LÖWEN 4*S In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the Löwenstobe (50 places) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal hall for events. The vast outdoor space can accommodate up to 80 guests and offers a perfect setting to enjoy. HUUS QUELL 5*S In 2025, we inaugurated our luxurious 5-star hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests enjoy not only the unique Quell restaurant with its sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and care space of more than 2,200 m² as well as the elegant Botanicum bar. • * Warm and professional welcome of our guests at the bar and in the lounges • * Preparation and service of classic cocktails, signature drinks as well as other beverage specialties • * Competent advice to guests on cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages • * Ensuring the smooth running of daily bar operations • * Set-up as well as preparation and cleaning work at the bar • * Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards • * Appropriate storage and control of beverages as well as support during inventories and orders • * Correct establishment and closing of customer invoices • * Close collaboration and support of various points of sale • * • Completed training in hospitality/catering or experience as a bartender or in a similar position • * Passion for bar culture as well as in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages • * Good command of German and English orally and in writing, other languages are an asset • * Independent, hygienic and precise way of working • * Good ability to assimilate as well as good organization and coordination • * Friendly, neat and dynamic attitude as well as good interpersonal skills • * Stress resistance and professional work even in busy situations *
