As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and operationally strong personality as Managing Director 80 – 100% (a) Your task: You take over the overall responsibility for a regionally anchored supply company and actively shape its future. Your area of responsibility includes in particular: Overall management of the Genossenschaft (Electricity, Water, Communication) Leadership of a small, established team and active participation in day-to-day business Ensuring a economical, efficient operation incl. budget and result responsibility Planning and implementation of infrastructure and digitalization projects Strategic further development in close cooperation with the Board of Directors Representation of the Genossenschaft towards the population, authorities and partners Here you don't shape from a distance - you are right in the middle.
