Head of Care and Support (nurse) The Fondation Balcons du Lac includes the EMS Les Palmiers in Montreux, the EMS Résidence Les Laurelles in Territet, the EMS Les Rosiers in Blonay, two temporary reception centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 collaborators across all sectors. As part of the reorganization of our management team, we are looking for a personality capable of combining excellence in care, local leadership, and a vision for the future to lead the care teams of our EMS Les Laurelles in Territet as: Head of Care and Support (nurse) Your mission: As a member of the management team, you are the guarantor of the quality of care and support for the residents. On a daily basis, you: manage all the nursing activity of the establishment; support, develop, and inspire the nursing and animation teams; enure the provision of human, individualized care in accordance with best professional practices; actively participate in institutional projects and continuous improvement; maintain relationships of trust with residents, their relatives, doctors, and network partners; handle nursing on-call shifts on a rotational basis with the other nurses of the Fondation. This position offers real maneuverability to evolve practices and contribute to the development of our Fondation. Your profile (F or H): Bachelor in nursing (HES) or a title deemed equivalent. If a foreign diploma, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross; Training in management (CAS or federal certificate); Specific complementary training in geriatrics (specific modules option "aging person", CAS or DAS recognized by the State of Vaud); Professional experience of at least 5 years including 3 years in a managerial function; Very good knowledge of the Vaud socio-sanitary network and the region; Resident a maximum of 35 minutes from the Fondation to ensure nursing on-call shifts; Driver's license and private vehicle; Interest in the elderly and ease of contact; Responsible, organized, autonomous, rigorous person; Team spirit, interdisciplinarity, and sense of responsibility; Capacity for analysis and problem-solving; Good knowledge of IT tools and especially the usual professional software in the field (DIR, PEP, etc.); Knowledge of the CCT of the Vaudois semi-public sanitary sector and planning rules.
