Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (Non Profit) organization and provides professional as well as comprehensive, needs-oriented nursing and care on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon, and Weisslingen. These tasks await you: • Performance of comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations • Ensuring good nursing quality while considering quality specifications • Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation • Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessment with interRAI • Ensuring a meaningful flow of information to supervisors, employees, and other services • Conducting conversations with family doctors, relatives, and hospitals • Responsible for correct electronic service recording • Taking over daily responsibility • Responsible for the competency-based deployment as well as the guidance and supervision of employees • Participation in inter-company measures for occupational safety and health protection • Control of wound status • Care, advice, and training of employees as WEX We wish for from you: • Completed training as Dipl.
