Job description Attached to the Head of Quality, your mission will be to lead the quality teams in charge of continuous improvement, permanent resolution of quality problems in production, and securing new products, from development to market launch, in an approach of requirement and excellence. In this context, you will be in charge of: • Supervising and developing a multidisciplinary team of 6 collaborators • Deploying the operational excellence strategy based on the principles of Lean Management and the Kaizen culture of continuous improvement • Leading operational excellence projects • Identifying areas for process improvement • Leading activities related to the quality assurance of new products from development to the 1st year of life on the markets • Supervising the treatment of internal and external non-conformities via rigorous and structured approaches to quality problem management Qualifications • You hold a higher degree in the field of quality, engineering or equivalent and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position • You demonstrate expertise in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and are ideally certified green belt • You possess solid knowledge of industrial quality and problem-solving tools • You have in-depth knowledge of watchmaking processes • Endowed with a federative spirit, you demonstrate leadership and appreciate transversal exchanges • You master common computer tools (ERP, MES, Excel, Power BI, project management) Additional information We look forward to receiving your application, which we will process as soon as possible.
