In order to strengthen our team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a/an: Senior pension fund accountant (100%) Your profile Higher professional education (HES or Federal Diploma) or training deemed equivalent in accounting; At least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting, including experience in closing the accounts; Knowledge of occupational benefits accounting desired; French native speaker with an excellent level of German (C1\) or vice versa, good level of English (B2) is an asset; Proficiency in MS\-Office office tools and accounting software; Sense of organization, autonomy, flexibility in contacts, team spirit; Good knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards. Your responsibilities Management and responsibility for several client portfolios; Maintenance of pension fund accounting (benefits, securities, real estate); Recording of closing entries (accruals, capital movements, adjustments of technical elements, etc.); Reconciliations of accounting interfaces, implementation of automation; Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and analysis of P\&L accounts; Annual and interim closings; Preparation of annual accounts and notes according to SWISS GAAP RPC26; Participation in the improvement of accounting procedures; Organization and follow-up of the audit of annual accounts.
