Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Technician for customer tests and setup (M/F)

Desired profile:

• CFC in polymechanics or equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience in machining on 5-axis machines
• Mastery of FAO programming for complex parts
• Good analytical spirit and marked interest in technical problem-solving
• Ability to work on specific customer requests and respect a technical specification book
• Rigorous, methodical, autonomous, and solution-oriented person

In this position, you will work on analyzing test requests, preparing tools, programming 5-axis machining, and manufacturing test parts. You will participate in setting up machining processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and technical requirements of the specification book.
Main responsibilities:

• Analyze plans, technical drawings, and specification books related to test requests
• Prepare the necessary tools for manufacturing test parts
• Perform 5-axis machining programming
• Manufacture test parts in accordance with requested specifications
• Ensure setup of machining processes according to technical requirements of the specification book
• Research and propose technical solutions meeting customer requirements
