As part of the development of our psychiatry and addictology pole, we are looking for a motivated and benevolent Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. Your mission Ensure the follow-up and support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home. Assess needs, develop and implement individualized care projects. Promote home maintenance and autonomy of beneficiaries. Work in close collaboration with doctors, families and different partners of the care and medico-social network. Participate in prevention, therapeutic education and health promotion. Guarantee a global, human and secure care for patients. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. CAS in psychiatry, a real asset Training or confirmed experience in psychiatry and/or addictology. Experience in home care, an asset. Excellent relational, listening and adaptation skills. Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit. Driving license essential.
