Accompanying people with dementia through everyday life with orientation, security, and dignity is a task that requires expertise and heart. In the Baden area, Canton Aargau, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH for a dementia as well as day and night center with a workload of 80 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In an established nursing institution, you will take over the individual care, support, and accompaniment of people with dementia diseases according to their personal needs. You will work closely with relatives as well as an interprofessional team and contribute to orientation, security, and quality of life through person-centered care. What awaits you in this responsible task • Professional and evidence-based nursing as well as care of the residents within the framework of primary nursing • Taking over daily responsibility within the nursing everyday life • Careful and structured nursing documentation • Care and accompaniment of people with dementia diseases in the day and night center • Collaboration in an interprofessional team with appreciative cooperation • Active co-design of a high-quality nursing everyday life What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
