For one of our clients, we are looking for a Back-Office & Reconciliations FR / ENG Collaborator in a 100% permanent contract based in Genève. The collaborator will join the company's Back-Office department.

Our client is a very beautiful Swiss financial company active in Switzerland and internationally.
Missions
Integration within the company and the Back-Office department;
Manual or semi-automated entry of banking transactions into the Portfolio Management System (PMS);
Detailed and complete periodic control of the integrity of PMS data against the banks;
Entries and reconciliations of the shareholder register of the group's investment funds;
Participation in operational improvement projects, aiming among other things for more automation;
Development of contacts with other internal departments;
Reporting to clients and to Management;
Participation in daily office life.
Candidate Profile
Banking or accounting training;
Similar and significant experience of two to three years in a comparable function (bank, wealth manager or investment fund manager);
Comfortable with IT tools; notably MS Office and specifically MS Excel;
Excellent command of the French language orally and in writing;
Good command of the English language orally and in writing;
Precise, patient and logical;
Strong team spirit;
Discretion and sense of confidentiality;
Quick availability.
