Locality Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41568 Published on 21/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Hours: day shift, potentially in shifts + a few Saturdays / year Permanent contract - 100% rate Job description ### • Carry out the manufacture of semi-finished products in metal alloys • Perform various processing operations: rolling, heat treatments, press cutting, shearing, satin finishing and straightening • Ensure production in accordance with manufacturing ranges, internal procedures and quality specifications • Control the condition of rolling cylinders and shearing knives, and ensure their maintenance • Monitor the proper functioning of equipment, report anomalies and perform first-level maintenance • Collaborate with the team and actively participate in compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards Profile ### • Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in rolling • Good knowledge and practice of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, durometer... • Ability to read and interpret technical documents • Good command of French spoken • Rigorous, meticulous, precise person involved in their work Advantages: • A stable and versatile position within a reputable company • Good social conditions Mechanic / Rolling and metal processing operator (M/F) / Permanent
