At the Maison de Vie \& de Santé, we welcome people of all ages who need sustained nursing supervision, and whose needs for support in all daily life activities are significant. These people present an intellectual disability, with or without autism spectrum, with or without multiple disabilities. We also support people with severe brain injuries with a central neurological impairment of accidental or sequelae origin (TBI, stroke, post-treatment of brain tumor, people with minimal consciousness, etc.). Close collaboration with the RHNE allows us to meet the needs of beneficiaries thanks to a multidisciplinary team. The Maison de Vie \& de Santé offers specialized and individualized support in welcoming and adapted living spaces at the Fleurier and Couvet sites, thanks to qualified educational and nursing staff. The homes pay particular attention to offering a harmonious community social life that respects everyone's privacy, as each person has an individual living space. Your mission: You ensure the safety, well-being, and sleep quality of the beneficiaries of services over a time slot from 20:45 to 7:15, at our Fleurier site. You ensure the relevant transmission of night events to the educational team. If we are to collaborate, you will join our list of replacements. Depending on your availability, we will contact you to offer missions during the absences of the members of our permanent teams. Remuneration is carried out on an hourly basis. Your profile: You have a nursing assistant diploma, a health auxiliary diploma, or a profile deemed equivalent and can justify several years of experience. You attach great importance to the well-being of people with disabilities.
