This can involve both crises without pre-existing mental illness as well as crisis-like exacerbations of existing mental disorders. In crisis intervention, the crisis, its triggers, and coping with the currently difficult situation are at the center of the action. Crisis intervention is neither diagnosis-specific nor tied to a specific psychotherapy method. The stay in the crisis intervention center is time-limited. Your tasks Flexibility and enjoyment of variety are central points. Because that is exactly what working in the KIZ means. The tasks are very varied and are oriented towards the individual and needs-oriented treatment of the patients. Here are some of the most important points: \- the individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives \- leading individual and group discussions as well as reports \- complex psychiatric assessments with planning and implementation of further steps \- close cooperation with the responsible doctors and psychologists Since we work with permanent night shifts, you will be scheduled for the early and late shifts.
