Tasks ## • You assume daily responsibility on a ward for acute and transitional care with or without a focus on dementia and are responsible for advising and supporting residents and relatives during illness and crises. • You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels. • You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex unstable situations. • You are present during doctor's visits and participate in interdisciplinary reports. • You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
