Your Field of Activity In this function, you are primarily responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of individual projects or entire programs for our major customers. You plan the programs together with the customer, taking into account various interests of different stakeholders In the role of a general project manager, you are the main contact person for the respective program and the projects, both at the customer and at the Ärztekasse. You lead various project teams in a matrix organization. Communication at all levels (both at the customer and at the Ärztekasse) is an essential key to success Identifying and managing risks is always an important part of your work. You have a degree at Bachelor level in the technical and/or business administration field. You are used to carrying responsibility and have proven leadership experience. You are a team player and specifically involve customers, external service providers, and internal project employees. You stand supportively by the project employees in difficult situations and set targeted motivational incentives. You appear confidently as well as convincingly and remain calm even in hectic situations. You are characterized by a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking. You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing (French and Italian an advantage).
