This is the contribution you can make • Establish and maintain close contact with stakeholders to capture, analyze, validate, and visualize functional and technical requirements • On this basis, formulate solution scenarios with architects and technicians, create feasibility analyses, and develop decision-making bases based on the covered needs • Translate these various functional requirements into User Stories so that they can be used as a basis for technical implementation • Accompany the technical implementation as required; this includes refinements of requirements, testing, and validation • Make implicit working methods regarding the provision of IT services explicit in order to promote their standardization; this requires, among other things, process work What makes you unique • Master or Bachelor's degree with an analytical focus in combination with technical curiosity and several years of experience as a Business Analyst. Structured training in Requirements Engineering/BA as well as experience in highly regulated areas with high security requirements are a plus • Communicative personality who can negotiate and persuade while addressing the needs of their partners.
