Team Leader

Your tasks: Lead, supervise and motivate the confection staff on a daily basis (around 20 people) Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing program Control and validate the conformity of the confectioned products Guarantee quality, safety and respect for deadlines. Propose and collaborate on the implementation of training courses Ensure consistent versatility of the staff Manage confection hazards and coordinate corrective actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and performance, KAIZEN philosophy Your profile: CFC Technical Confirmed experience in leading and managing a production team Knowledge of industrial processes and work organization Team spirit, sense of communication, motivated, flexible and open to new challenges Mastery of ERP tools and performance indicators Willing to work in a team Why join Sigma?
