To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse, 60-80 %, on a fixed-term contract And what if you practiced your profession differently? At NOMAD, we are looking for a mental health nurse who wishes to put their clinical, relational and human skills at the service of global care. Mission Description ## In this role, you will be required to • accompany clients and their loved ones in complex or crisis situations; • act as the care reference for several clients and coordinate interventions with the multidisciplinary network; • provide your perspective in psychiatry and psychogeriatrics within the teams, by supporting colleagues; Profile • a HES Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland; • mandatory experience of at least one year at 100% in the field of psychiatric care in Switzerland; • a good knowledge of mental health, adult psychiatry and psychogeriatrics; • an ability to manage complex situations with distance, listening and clinical sense; • ease in working autonomously, in a team and with network partners; • the desire to share expertise and to support colleagues in situations relating to mental health; We offer • a varied, human activity close to the field • a role with responsibilities, with real autonomy in following up on situations; • stimulating care situations, which give meaning to daily life; • committed teams, with regular supervisions and exchange spaces; • a complete integration plan, with quality training and support; • access to continuing education; • a vehicle according to certain conditions, with advantageous rates; • working conditions governed by the CCT Santé 21 collective labor agreement.
