Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed-term Reference 40887 Posted on 03/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: To support the development of the workshop, you will manage the manufacturing activity, supervise the teams and ensure the quality, safety and performance of operations. Job description ### • Organize, plan and supervise the workshop activity to achieve the set objectives • Manage, animate and support colleagues in their development, versatility and good practices • Ensure the transmission of information between management and teams, and promote a positive work atmosphere • Participate in recruitments, integration of new colleagues and conduct annual interviews • Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth running of processes • Ensure the follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and installations • Control the conformity of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards • Guarantee the quality of manufactured parts and implement necessary corrective actions • Analyze rejects and rework, identify causes and supervise self-control practices Profile ### • CFC as a carpenter or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience • Proven experience in a similar function in an industrial environment • Mastery of manufacturing processes and technical workshop operations • Ability to read and interpret technical plans • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force • Proven skills in team management, communication and support for colleagues • Rigorous person, able to propose, with a good team spirit and adaptability • Language: French spoken and written The benefits: • A position of responsibility within a recognized regional company • A varied technical environment in the field of thermoplastic materials • A key role in the organization, quality and continuous improvement of the workshop Workshop Manager - plastics (M/F) / Fixed-term
