Thun \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Ensure the replacement of the security manager of the Thun Army Logistics Center in all matters in case of their absence • Take responsibility for the entire value chain of complex security projects, from initial risk analysis to final system integration • Manage interdisciplinary projects in the field of physical security (perimeter protection, video surveillance systems and access control) taking into account budget, timelines and quality • Plan, implement and provide training on documented awareness measures, including priority programs and campaigns • Provide advice and support to the center management on the entire process of defining security objectives, as well as act as the point of contact and coordination for third-party assignments <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Completed basic technical or commercial training, with professional specialization as an HF technician or equivalent training; training in a police organization and continuous training in project management is an advantage • Several years of experience in the security sector with in-depth knowledge in building security • Leadership experience is an advantage • Flexible and stress-resistant personality, equipped with patience and empathy • Ability for analytical, conceptual and interconnected thinking • Willingness to undergo training on the use of coercive measures and weapons is required <br /> In summary As a security project manager, you will play a central role in the planning and implementation of complex security solutions for the Thun Army Logistics Center.
