Joinery Foreman 100% Permanent (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Supervise and support a team of joiners to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work • Ensure the coordination of projects with various stakeholders (clients, architects, management) • Participate in the preparation of works, taking measurements, and material management • Monitor project progress and guarantee delivery in accordance with client expectations • Plan, organize, and supervise joinery work in the workshop and/or on-site • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety rules • Read and interpret technical plans and guarantee their correct implementation Profile • CFC in joinery with additional training as a foreman • Confirmed experience of several years in the field of joinery • Sense of organization and good team management skills • Autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented person • Good interpersonal skills and ease in communication with teams and clients • Very good command of French (oral and written), another language is an asset • Driver's license required Benefits • A position of responsibility within a company recognized for the quality of its achievements • A dynamic working environment with an engaged team • Varied projects and possibilities for professional evolution • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
